At Rebel Tide, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, we understand that there might be occasions where a return is necessary. Please review our return policy below:

Orders:

Prior to finalizing your purchase, please double-check your chosen size and ensure that your shipping address and email are accurate. All of my pieces are ready to ship, so please enjoy fast shipping within 3-5 days of your order.  You will receive an email of the order confirmation, receipt, and tracking detail to the email that you provided. 

Shipment: 

If the address you entered is incorrect, we do not take responsibility. If you notify us before shipping with the correct address, I will make every effort to accommodate the change and dispatch your order to the updated address. 

Returns/ Refunds: 

Kindly make your selection of jewelry and size thoughtfully, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All products are final sale. In the event that an item is deemed "faulty", I am committed to resolving the issue upon verifying its condition through email correspondence. If you choose to return the item, please ensure it is shipped to the address provided in our emails within 7 days of its original delivery. For your security, using proof of postage and tracking until it reaches me is recommended, because it will be your responsibility until it reaches me. Should the item be considered "unfixable," a refund for the item and all postage will be issued back to you.
