Orders:

Before completing the purchase, please  double-check the selected size and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and email. With all pieces ready to ship, anticipate swift delivery within 3-5 days of your order. An email containing order confirmation, receipt, and tracking details will be sent to the provided email address for your convenience.

Shipment: 

In the event of an incorrect address entry, Diana wants to emphasize that responsibility cannot be assumed. However, if you reach out before the shipment with the accurate address, she will make every effort to accommodate the change and promptly dispatch your order to the updated address.

Returns/ Refunds: 

Please choose your jewelry and size carefully, as returns and refunds are not accepted – all products are final sale. In the rare event of an item being deemed "faulty," Diana is committed to resolving the issue after verifying its condition through email correspondence. If you decide to return the item, please ensure it is shipped to the address provided in our emails within 7 days of its original delivery. For added security, it is recommended to use proof of postage and tracking until it reaches Diana, as the responsibility for the item rests with you until it arrives. In the case where the item is deemed "unfixable," a refund for both the item and postage will be issued to you.

Please note that items lost or stolen during return transit are not eligible for a refund.
